Students learn how to operate FDM and SLA 3D printers, prepare CAD models, use slicer software, troubleshoot print issues, and complete real production projects in a commercial 3D printing environment.

What Students Will Learn
FDM 3D Printing
Learn machine setup, material loading, calibration, print preparation, and production workflow for FDM printers.
SLA 3D Printing
Understand resin printing, support generation, post-processing, washing, curing, and safe handling practices.
CAD Design Basics
Use Autodesk Fusion to prepare simple models, modify designs, and understand design requirements for 3D printing.
Slicer Workflow
Use PrusaSlicer and OrcaSlicer to prepare files, adjust print settings, and improve print quality.
Troubleshooting
Identify common print failures, machine issues, material problems, and basic maintenance procedures.
Production Project
Complete a final hands-on project that demonstrates model preparation, printing, inspection, and finishing.

- 100% refund before class starts.
- 50% refund within the first 8 instructional hours.
- No refund after 8 instructional hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation received 7 or more calendar days before class start date: Full refund.
- Cancellation received less than 7 calendar days before class start date: A $100 administrative fee may apply.
- If LNL 3D Solutions cancels or reschedules a class, students may receive a full refund or transfer to a future session.
