Quotes, Custom Projects & Approvals
Custom 3D printing, CAD, scanning, repair, special-order equipment, and project work may require a written quote or project approval before work begins. Customer approval may include confirmation of scope, dimensions, files, materials, quantity, pricing, lead time, and other project requirements.
When a written quote, invoice, purchase order, or project agreement includes terms that differ from these general website terms, the written transaction-specific terms control for that project.
Customer-Supplied Files & Intellectual Property
By submitting files, designs, drawings, images, scan data, or other project information, the customer represents that they have the right to provide those materials and authorize LNL 3D Solutions to use them for the requested project.
LNL 3D Solutions may decline work that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Customer files and project information are used for project evaluation and fulfillment subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement.
Payment
Payment terms vary by transaction. Website purchases may require payment at checkout. Custom projects, repairs, special orders, or larger purchases may require deposits, milestone payments, or other terms stated in a quote or invoice.

Education Programs
3D Cubed classes, camps, workshops, school programs, and related activities may have additional registration, payment, attendance, cancellation, safety, pickup/release, and waiver terms. Those program-specific terms apply in addition to these general website terms.

Information on this website is provided for general business and educational purposes. It should not be treated as engineering certification, safety approval, regulatory approval, or a guarantee that a particular material, process, design, or part is suitable for every application.
