We want customers to know what to expect after placing an order with LNL 3D Solutions. The information below applies to physical products sold through our website unless a quote, invoice, or written agreement states otherwise.

Order Processing

In-stock items are generally prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully received and the order has been reviewed. Processing time may vary based on product availability, order volume, customization, and the type of item ordered.

Custom-manufactured, made-to-order, 3D printed, configured, or special-order products may require additional production time. Any estimated lead time shown on a product page or provided in a quote should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Charges & Delivery

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout when available or may be included in a written quote for larger, special, or custom orders.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Large, fragile, high-value, or special products may require a different shipping method or additional coordination.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders at our San Marcos, California location when arranged in advance. Please wait until LNL 3D Solutions confirms that the order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

When tracking information is available, it may be provided after the shipment is processed. If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment information and determine the appropriate next step.

Please keep the original shipping box, packaging, labels, and damaged contents if a carrier claim may be required.

International & Special Shipments

International shipping, freight, oversized items, and special handling may require a separate quote. The customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other destination-country costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping terms for a specific quote, purchase order, invoice, or custom project may differ from this general website policy. When they differ, the written terms associated with that order control.
